We reserve the right to change specifications without prior notice.

Loss or Damage in Transit
Damaged goods or quantity discrepancies must be reported to the carrier on receipt. Notification must also be made to us within 5 days of delivery. In case of non-delivery this must be reported to us within 14 days of despatch date shown on the invoice.

Prices
We reserve the right to charge for goods at the price ruling on the date of despatch. Prices in our list are quoted excluding packing, carriage and VAT. Product prices and transport costs are subject to change without prior notice. Most prices, particularly products of our own manufacture, are reviewed annually in April.

Payment
For customers with credit approval payment is due within 30 days of the tax point date unless otherwise agreed. Goods remain strictly the property of Raymond A Lamb until paid for in full.

Minimum Order Value
We have no minimum order value but a minimum packing and carriage charge of £5.50* is applied to all orders. Minimum export handling charge £30.00*.

Returning Goods
Authorisation and a Returns Note Number must be obtained prior to the return of goods. We reserve the right to apply a handling charge of up to 20% for goods ordered in error or the return of a duplicate shipment where an order confirmation was not clearly marked.

We do not usually accept the return of non-standard or special items.

All goods being returned for credit must be in 100% saleable condition any transit damage/breakage will be at the customers expense.

Transport costs for Laboratory Solutions
As most laboratory solutions are of a hazardous nature, they have to be specially packed and transported. For rates please refer to current price list or contact our office.

GUARANTEE/WARRANTY
Our equipment is warranted against any defects of material or workmanship which develop for any reason, except user abuse, within a period of one year following the tax point date shown on Raymond A Lambs invoice.

In the event of a defect developing during the warranty period we will at our election repair or replace the equipment with a new or reconditioned model of equivalent quality. Any obligation under warranty is subject to the instrument being returned to Raymond A Lamb at the consignors cost.

In the event of replacement with a new or reconditioned model the replacement unit will continue the warranty period of the original.

It is the user s responsibility to ensure that the instrument is in good safe working order at all times and regular inspection is therefore recommended.

MAINS SUPPLY VOLTAGES
Our electrical equipment is for use with 220-240 Volt 50Hz or 110-120 Volt 60Hz mains supply. However most products can be used at 50-60Hz.
